Tanahun

National Kidney Center has formally inaugurated dialysis unit in Tanahun on 19 November,2015 as Satrughna Manju Dialysis Unit.

This unit is the unique example of dialysis set up in Damauli Hospital, Tanahun. This unit is established by sole assistance from Manju Upadhaya in the memory of her husband late Satrughna Upadhaya. She has donated Rs. 12.5 million for the establishment so far. Similarly Generator of 62 KVA was donated by Lions ManaRam Foundaiton 2005 in the memory of Late Ram Bahadur Shrestha in this unit.
